Highlights from the day included:
• Hearing Screenings helped participants check and care for their hearing health.
• Blood Pressure Screenings supported heart health and overall well-being.
• Inner Peace & Purpose offered a guided session on mindfulness, gratitude, and finding balance in daily life.
It was an inspiring day of learning, self-care, and reflection—wrapping up a week dedicated to nurturing body, mind, and spirit.

💧 Take Charge of Bladder & Bowel Health: Control Incontinence Workshop
Join us for a 3-part series designed for women 50+ to regain confidence, strengthen independence, and improve daily wellness. The workshop is held at the ADRC, 300 S. Adams St, Green Bay, and meets every other Wednesday: Feb 11, Feb 25, and Mar 11 from 10 a.m.–12 p.m.
🧘‍♀️ Participants will:
• Understand how bladder, bowel, and pelvic floor muscles work together
• Practice gentle exercises to improve control
• Learn strategies for fluid, fiber, and lifestyle adjustments
• Explore options if symptoms persist
• Build confidence for everyday activities

Day 2 of Wellness Week at the ADRC focused on Intellectual, Environmental, and Occupational Wellness! 💛

Highlights from the day included:
• Brain Check-Ups helped participants learn more about their cognitive health.
• Balance Screenings offered tips and guidance to stay steady and safe.
• Common Scams & Fraud Tactics session educated attendees on protecting themselves from financial risks.
• Is That Really Recyclable? helped participants make eco-friendly choices for a healthier environment.

What a great start to Wellness Week at the ADRC! 💛
On Day 1, we focused on Emotional and Physical Wellness:
• Participants joined Dental Screenings in the morning and afternoon, taking steps toward a healthier smile.
• The Dementia Experience offered a hands-on look at what it’s like to live with dementia, helping build empathy and understanding.
It was wonderful to see so many community members engaging, learning, and taking care of their well-being.
