Moringa Mocha Coffee Recipe! 1 Tbsp/day Post!
Getting a Tbsp every day can be challenging when starting your Moringa journey. Be patient and dont expect miracles right away.
This Mocha Coffee variation has been a mainstay in my Nutrition program especially when I am in a rush or have an 'on the go' day!
Its not perfect, but consuming bioavailable Moringa every day is too importsnt to skip.
In the beginning find 2 or 3 foods that initially work and use them hard until you have time to find more.
Remember Moringa LOVES other flavors and foods. Asian foods are great. Smoothies are awesome. ALL teas (get/swallow the loose powder.) ANY recipe that uses Matcha just replace with Organic Moringa powder ie matcha latte and matcha ice cream
Put it in guacamole, soups, salsa, mayo, and maybe try this WHACKO Moringa Mocha...have fun! And eat Moringa every day!
Ingredients:
Organic Cocao Powdwr
Organic Moringa Powder
(Sometimes Instant Mushroom Coffee)
Fresh Coffee
Cinnamon, Pumpkin Spice Powder, Cayenne, etc (all optional)
Organic Unprocessed Sugar
(I make one with all of the above, esp on cold days! WHACKO! YUMMY! ZOOM ZOOM!))
The cocao moringa and spices blend together, the more spices the more blend in...flavored creamers whatever works at first. Adjust as your nutrition and food programs mature over time.
