Now I am calm, regulated, frequently take breaks and time for myself to recharge, speak up about my needs and put myself first when its appropriate.

I no longer scream at my kids.

My intuition is top knotch and tuned in.

I have a blueprint for raising each kid as the individual they are and raising each one according to their individual needs.

I dont panic when illness sets in because I know what to do.

Have a supportive community around me.
