Diamond Assisted Living & Memory Care With the capacity of approximately 80 residents, we have two sections of Memory care and Assisted living in a beautiful, silent , peaceful surroundings.

Three eight hour shift of health professionals and cooks and chef render the best service in town.

We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Specialist with a high knowledge of field and also Social Media/ Digital Marketing who can build strong relationships in person and also virtually to grow our business as an Assisted Living and Memory Care facility through a quality and time-efficient increase in the resident’s census.

IMPORTANT: PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN ASSISTED LIVING MARKETING (LIVE AND VIRTUAL) IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY.

Job Expectations:

· Grow the business as an Assisted Living & MC living facility through an increase in the residents’ census

· Build strong connection with the referral sources like rehabs, long term care facilities, hospitals, doctors offices and so on

Field marketing
· Performing high quality tours in the facility to attract more residents

Build relationship and trust with the current residents and families, and also the prospect ones
· Research competitors' pricing and products

Decide on appropriate placement of ads
Plan informational campaigns & events
Create Inbound and outbound marketing strategies
Publish digital marketing content online
