Have you ever felt anxious, on edge, or like you just can’t relax… even when everything around you seems fine?
Sometimes the body is simply stuck in survival mode.
In the Spinal Flow Technique, there is something called the Base Gateway. This is located at the very bottom of the spine, around the tailbone. This area is connected to the nervous system and the nerves that travel into the legs and feet. It plays a big role in helping the body feel safe, grounded, and supported.
When stress, trauma, or tension builds up over time, this gateway can become blocked. When that happens, the body can stay in a fight-or-flight response, always trying to protect and survive instead of relaxing and thriving.
