90 minutes of practice is not about doing more. It is about giving your body and nervous system the time it actually needs to shift.
In a 90 minute vinyasa flow we can move through the full arc of practice:
💚 Time to arrive and regulate the nervous system
💚Steady, consistent movement that build strength and circulation.
💚Space for somatic awareness-feeling what’s happening inside rather than pushing past it
💚Pauses for reflection, breath, and integration.
💚And a longer svasana so the body can truly absorb the work.
This month our studio theme is grounded strength.
Not the kind that comes from hustle or burnout.
Not the kind that collapses when life gets heavy.
But the kind of strength that is built slowly through consistent movement, emotional awareness, and nervous system regulation.
The kind of strength that helps you carry your life without collapsing under it.
Throughout class, I will weave in a short dharma talk and gentle prompts to explore:
💚How the nervous system response to effort and rest.
💚How we study our emotional patterns through movement.
💚How strength can feel steady and supported, not forced.
The goal isn’t to perform a practice. It is to build resilience in the body and mind through breath, movement, awareness, and rest.
If you’ve never experienced a full 90 minute flow, this is an invitation to give yourself the time and space your system deserves.
Your nervous system will thank you 💕
