I offer a variety of energy techniques and body processes to assist you in changing your body and your mind. Hands on processes have been around long before modern western medicine. What if it can be that easy to change your health? Are you looking for a way to relax, decrease the chatter in your brain, think more clearly, get better sleep, relieve stress, find more joy, or simply gift something to yourself and your body? The Bars is a hands on process that reboots your brain and body all while you lay back and relax & 32 points on your head are lightly touched. There are also a variety of hands on body processes and Symphony Sessions to change the way your physical and energetic bodies interact with you and the world. Verbal processing/energy coaching is another phenomenal way to clear all of the things that are sticking you and your life. This can be done during an energetic session or alone. Why 90 minutes?

Because the body does not open on a schedule.

In a 90-minute vinyasa practice, there is time.

Time to arrive.

Time to feel.

Time to move through the body instead of rushing past it.

We move slowly through each series, giving the nervous system a chance to settle and trust. There is space to explore sensation, to choose variations that honor your body today, and to notice what is happening beneath the shape-not just how it looks.

So many of us are conditioned to look for the shortcut:
the quicker class, the faster fix, the “just squeeze it in.”

But healing, regulation, and true connection do not happen in a hurry.

This practice begins with a short pause in breath and gentle movement to ground and orient.

We flow with intention (somatic, trauma-informed) and adaptable for all bodies and experience levels.

And we end with a meditation and a long, spacious savasana, because integration is where the practice truly lands.

If you’ve never tried a 90-minute class, this is your invitation.

You don’t need to be advanced.
You don’t need to “keep up.”
You just need to show up as you are.

This is a place to slow down, reconnect, and remember that peace is something you can practice not something you earn.

designed to help the body settle and the nervous system feel supported.

We will move slowly, explore breath sound, grounding touch, and create space for release and regulation.

Class will intuitively call in support systems while offering a quiet place to land and reconnect with yourself. If you have been wondering about Somatic Yoga we create a safe space to explore. Somatic Yoga-Dvesa (Aversion)

What we resist doesn’t require being pushed away-
it requires being met.

This 60-minute somatic yoga practice invites us to gently explore dvesa, the yogic teaching of aversion. Through breathwork, embodied awareness, and slow, intentional movement, we will notice where the body braces, guards, or pulls away - and practice responding with choice instead of force.

Expect grounding breath practices, nervous-system–informed somatic movement (shaking, gentle strength with conscious release), and deep rest.

This is not about fixing or forcing.

It is about listening.

This 60-minute yin class offers gently held, supported postures to encourage detoxification, restore balance, and calm the nervous system. We will focus on the liver, kidneys, and spleen meridians inviting gentle circulation, emotional ease, and deep rest.

No striving. No pushing.

Happy New Year

Thank you for walking beside me on this journey, whether by quietly witnessing or actively joining in. This past year unfolded more softly than those before it. It was a season of turning inward, of tending to my own becoming. A year of learning to say no, of honoring boundaries across all the roles I hold, of slowing the pace and allowing myself the grace of solitude and simple being.

At times, it was tender and challenging; at others, deeply beautiful. Through it all, transformation was quietly taking root.

As we welcome this new year, may we choose with greater intention-choosing presence over hurry, clarity over noise, and more of what genuinely brings happiness.

The year ahead will bring new offerings, including an additional healing modality, expanded classes, and new ways to connect and practice together.

This 90-minute New Year Intention Retreat is a quiet, intentional experience designed to help you release what no longer belongs and gently connect with what you’re ready to welcome in.

This is not a yoga class.
There is no movement, no flow, and nothing to perform.

Instead, you’ll be guided into stillness through grounding breath, reflection, journaling, meditation, and visualization — allowing clarity to arise naturally, without force or pressure.

Rather than setting intentions from productivity or expectation, this experience supports emotion-led intentions rooted in how you want to feel as you move into the year ahead.

Our Story

Is it time to change your life, your body? We offer a variety of healing techniques, verbal processing, and healing body processes to assist you in changing your body, your mind, and your life. Hands on healing processes have been around long before modern western medicine. What if it can be that easy to change your health? Are you looking for a way to relax, decrease the chatter in your brain, think more clearly, get better sleep, relieve stress, or simply gift something to yourself and your body? The Bars is a hands on process that reboots your brain and body by laying back and relaxing while 32 points on your head are lightly touched.

There are also a variety of hands on body processes in addition to the Bars to heal your body. These include processes to boost your immune system, let go of physical trauma from your body, energetic facelift, and more. We offer Symphony sessions which release and change the energy of your body as well as the energy of your life. Looking to make changes in your life? This might just be what you are looking for.

Verbal processing is another way to let go of limitations that stop you from creating more and being more. During verbal processing sessions we will talk about subjects that are creating limitations in your life based on the direction of your conversation. We utilize the clearing statement from Access Consciousness and melt limitations away. These sessions can be done in person or over the telephone.

We also offer a variety of classes including a full day Access Consciousness Bars Certification Class, Body Process Classes, and classes based on a variety of topics to clear the yuck from your life and create space for unlimited possibilities.
