I sure love to see these things! I’m kind-of mistrustful of these companies so I mean let’s see what they replace it with. But still HUGE leaps and bounds for our health!!

I hear so many people say “oh those are safe!” The standard is actually “generally regarded as safe”. That’s what it takes to put things in our food. Basically if you don’t die right away, then we’re good to go! Throw it on in there!

Consuming artificial colors and flavors, preservatives, sucralose, aspartame, etc all day every day does have a cumulative effect on our health and our brains.

But let’s celebrate this for today and know we are moving in the right direction! 🎉🎉

Sometimes I have too much 💩 on my plate 😅 I got this beautiful lemon tree from someone and sometime over the winter I think I killed him 😭 his name is Louis the lemon tree.

So i started loving on Louis a little extra and taking him on field trips and such to get some extra sun. I talk kindly to him every day and I show off how much he’s grown to pretty much anyone that will listen 😅

And look how much Louis has grown in ONE WEEK! 😍😍 damn maybe we should see where doing this for ourselves for a week would get us 😱🥹

Whenever I tell people about parasites, their reactions are either “wtf!? 🤢🤮” or “we don’t have those here”.

Well, I hate to tell you guys that they are here. They are in our food and our environment. And we should just be cleansing every quarter.

You’re going to encounter them like viruses and bacteria. Almost inevitably. But just in case you don’t believe me… here is the chicken I bought 2 days prior to cook for dinner and the second one is a worm my friend found on her fish. 😬😳
