😴 Sleep is Your Superpower (But You're Probably Not Getting Enough)

Here are 3 ways to improve your sleep quality:
1️⃣ Set a consistent bedtime (even on weekends)
2️⃣ Avoid screens 1 hour before bed
3️⃣ Keep your bedroom cool and dark
Your body does its deepest healing while you sleep. When you're not sleeping well, you're not healing. It's that simple.
