Last night at Legends Recovery Centers, clients took part in our first-ever Kung Fu Meditation Class! This was a unique experience blending the discipline of martial arts with the focus and determination required in recovery.
The session was a powerful reminder that both Kung Fu and recovery teach patience, strength, and balance: one movement, one moment at a time.
