Simply Feet Running Club All levels of runners are welcome.

Simply Feet hosts a local Running Club/Community that welcomes anyone to participate (all ages and all levels of runners).

*We meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30PM in front of the Rancho Sahuarita Clubhouse by the fountain.

*All levels of runners are welcome. There is always someone to run with, paces range from 7:30 minute miles or 14:00 minute miles.

*We run in and around our community with 8 courses ranging from 3-8 miles and we always have a 3 mile run on our run days for those who feel comfortable with that distance.

I struggled to get out and train yesterday. I got my butt out of the house and trained anyway. It wasn't my best practice but it was better than I expected and I felt good once it was all done.

This morning I still felt drained by life challenges (parenting/work schedule). I've had this nagging left calf that refuses to allow me to run like my old myself. I went out and jogged anyway. Not going to lie, it was slow but 30 minutes of slow movement is better than no movement. I was listening to what my body was telling me.

Our bodies and our schedules may not always be right on point to train - train anyway. If we only train when everything is perfect and our body is healthy, we will never train at all. We don't always win this battle but I feel as if I had 2 small wins yesterday and today not taking the easy way out. You got this Simply Feet! Raf.
