Instead of our usual happy hour entertainment, residents were treated to a performance by Andy McKinn! His musical puppeteer show brought a different energy to the afternoon and gave everyone something they do not see every day. Thanks, Andy! 🎭

For our FreshZest Recipe Contest, residents and team members submitted recipes they love, and we narrowed it down to 5 finalists.

Now we’re doing it two ways:

Frank’s 90th birthday at Silver Springs was celebrated in a way that felt deeply personal to him. Australia was the one country he never had the chance to visit, so his family brought in sand from Australia for the occasion! Frank stood on that sand and danced with family and friends from the community, turning the moment into something extra special.

This birthday party was a way to honor a part of his story that still mattered, and that is what made it so incredible. Happy Birthday, Frank! 🎂

Resident Council is an important part of life at Silver Springs. It gives our seniors a place to stay informed about what is happening in the community, ask questions, share concerns, and get to know the newest residents as they arrive. Around here, it's one of our favorite times of the month. 💬

Our residents got creative with DIY henna tattoos, exploring a different kind of art form that uses the skin as the canvas! It was a fun change of pace from traditional crafts and gave everyone the chance to try something detailed, expressive, and a little outside the usual. ✨🖌️
