WE LOVE THIS!!! WOW YOU ARE ALL SO AWESOME! OUR BIN IS FULL!! About to go make a donation to (Green Valley Loacation)

Many of you know we keep this bin in the studio all year long and are always accepting non-perishable food donations to help serve our community.

Holiday time in general can have a large unseen impact for both our neighbors and our local food banks, and now is the time they need us most!

Until December 23rd, we are running a special. All details can be found in the attached flyer as well as our website. If you have any questions at all, feel free to send a message.

Come out and flow with us. In this 90-minute class, all levels are welcome. You can expect a sweet beginning, an empowering flow, and an even sweeter savasana. Come out to do something for yourself while supporting an amazing cause and organization.
