๐จ Tight hips? Low back pain? This stretch hits BOTH ๐ฅ
If you sit a lot, work at a desk, or feel tight when you stand upโฆ your hip flexors are probably locked up.
That tightness pulls on your pelvis and lower back leading to:
โ Low back pain
โ Hip stiffness
โ Poor posture
โ Decreased performance
โ Glute pain
๐ This stretch targets the hip flexors (psoas + re**us femoris) to open everything up.
How to do it:
โ๏ธ One knee on the table/bench
โ๏ธ Other foot planted in front
โ๏ธ Stay tall (donโt round forward)
โ๏ธ Gently shift hips forward
โ๏ธ Hold 20โ30 seconds each side
๐ก Pro Tip: Squeeze your glute on the back leg to get a deeper stretch
Do this daily if you sit a lot, your back will thank you.
