Happy 19th birthday to my baby, Ella 💛

We are so proud of the woman she is becoming, not just for the strength she’s built in the gym, but for the confidence, discipline, and heart she carries every day. Watching her complete her first year at Shippensburg University has been incredible.

She is such a light to me, to Chris, and to Rex, and the bond she shares with her sister, Addi, means more to me than I can ever explain.

Grateful beyond words for her kindness, her honesty, and the way she shows up as a sounding board and a true best friend.

This is how we fuel between classes at GXT 💪🥚✨

When you’re teaching, training, and moving all day, food has to work for your body, not slow you down.

One of our go-to breakfast meals:
Egg salad made with 2 eggs 🥚
A little mayo + Dijon
Apple cider vinegar
Ground flax 🌾
Small chunks of apple 🍎
Cold-smoked salmon 🐟
On toasted sourdough bread🍞

Why this works:
Protein from eggs and salmon keeps energy steady and muscles supported 💥
Healthy fats help with hormones, joints, and brain focus 🧠
Sourdough and apple provide quick fuel without the crash ⚡
Flax and ACV support digestion and balanced blood sugar 🌱
