Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies hosted its first-ever Breathe & Bloom outreach event on Saturday, November 8, at the Caridad Center in Boynton Beach.
This collaborative effort between our Outreach and Education teams brought together more than 15 community vendors and organizations to share valuable resources and connect with families.
The event featured a prenatal and postpartum yoga class, as well as an informative presentation on mental health during and after parenthood led by our Maternal Wellness Coordinator, Elais Perez.
Approximately 20 mothers and parents participated in the sessions, while hundreds of community members stopped by to learn about local programs and connect with other families.
We are grateful to everyone who contributed to making this event a success!

In our community, nearly 30% of expecting mothers receive little, late, or no prenatal care. Too many families are navigating the challenges of pregnancy and parenthood without the support they need and deserve.

But with your help, we can change that.
A donation to Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies can mean early detection of a pregnancy complication, emotional support for a new mother facing postpartum depression, clean diapers for a growing baby, and so much more.

Your gift can be the lifeline that connects a family to vital care and resources. Stay tuned to discover how you can nurture the future of a Palm Beach County family.
