In this Strong & Grounded Yoga Workshop we will blend yoga and strength training in a way that feels approachable, steady, and supportive for all levels. You’ll learn simple movements that build strength in the hips, legs, core, and upper body while staying connected to breath and balance. No complicated routines. No pressure to keep up.
The goal is sustainability. You’ll leave with a 15–20 minute sequence you can practice at home that helps you feel stronger, more stable, and more confident in your body each day. And all from the comfort of a chair! That’s right- mid day break to built into the day!
