Better Days Counseling, LLC WOC Holistically Helping Our Community Heal Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma and Have Better Days!

We seek to provide counseling to clients from a holistic perspective. We want to empower individuals and families to reach their greatest potential. Better Days offers a person-centered, nonjudgmental perspective. We aim to overcome the stigma that tends to prevent many people from getting counseling. We serve clients from all walks of life, and specialize in matters pertaining to depression, anxiety, relationship concerns and self-esteem. We provide individual therapy, family therapy, and couples counseling. We also work with children and adolescents experiencing emotional and/or behavioral difficulties. We are eager to support you in your journey to optimal wellness.
