My long-time approach starts by making sure you have had the best medical care possible then adds a healing-focused, whole person approach aimed at supporting your innate healing abilities. We do that through the intelligent use of nutrition, mind/body medicine, movement and body work, and traditional healing practices like acupuncture. I have been a Medical Doctor since 1970, and an acupuncturist since 1972. I have worked with, learned from, and taught many of the major thought leaders in the holistic and now integrative medicine field, and work to bring the top level of expertise to every patient I see. I have a lot of hard-won experience in what works and what doesn't, and can help you make sure that you are getting the safest and most effective care available.
