A Winter Solstice Blessing

The winter solstice is a sacred time,
infused with quiet magic and returning light.
It is a moment when the universe, in its infinite kindness,
awakens our hearts to tender and brighter possibilities,
rekindling the light of hope within our souls
as a new cycle of light slowly begins.

In this holy pause between darkness and dawn,
we are invited to release,
to loosen our grip on old patterns, heavy sorrows,
and lingering wounds that we may continue to carry.
With open hands and gentle hearts,
we step forward,
cradling the promise of brighter, more hopeful beginnings.

May all who have known loss or disappointment
find comfort in this peaceful turning.

Bring on 2026... the vibes are beautiful!

My soul has been asking me to set down what no longer belongs to who I’m becoming.

This year hasn’t been about pushing forward—it’s been about peeling back the layers I didn’t even realize I was still carrying.

Old identities.
Old protection patterns.
Old stories about worth, safety, and what I’m “allowed” to receive.

Horses have been my greatest mirrors in this.

They don’t cling to what’s outlived its purpose.
A mustang doesn’t hold onto her winter coat out of attachment… she sheds because her body knows she’s entering a new season.
She trusts the rhythm.

I’ve been learning to trust mine.

There’s a point in every woman’s journey where the soul says,
“Enough. You cannot bring this into the next chapter.”

And that moment feels raw, disorienting, and strangely sacred.

It isn’t collapse.
It’s recalibration.

It’s the nervous system letting go of patterns that once kept us safe.
It’s the heart preparing for new possibilities before the mind catches up.
It’s the quiet sense that something is rearranging beneath the surface… even if nothing looks different yet.

I don’t know about you, but I feel something powerful gathering.
A momentum.
A clarity.
A new chapter asking for space.

Not perfection.
Not readiness.
Just space.

So if this year has shaken you, stretched you, or stripped you down to the essentials, you’re not doing anything wrong.

You’re shedding.
You’re preparing.
You’re aligning with the woman you’re becoming.

And like every horse who steps into a new season…

December is not just another month.

This month isn’t about running after life or forcing anything to happen.
It’s about aligning your heart with what is meant for you.
It’s about removing distractions, healing old wounds, and stepping into the version of yourself you’ve been growing into all year.

December asks you to slow down, reflect, and realign.
Close the old doors gently and allow the new ones to open naturally.
Don’t chase life—flow with it. 🌿
