✨ My Current Skin Routine (Perimenopause Edition)✨

One of the things no one really talks about enough is how much our skin changes with hormone shifts. Loss of estrogen doesn’t just affect how we feel — it affects our skin hydration, elasticity, and collagen production too.

Here’s a little secret from my personal routine 👇

🌙 At night:
I use a small dab of vaginal estradiol cream on my face.

☀️ In the morning:
