At the end of November we arrived that Monday morning to the aftermath of a car accident from the snow storm earlier that weekend. (There aren’t many details to share besides the car was towed and the driver was checked out at the hospital.) Our “Blessing Box” was destroyed in the accident. The box was a project donated from an Eagle Scout. The box served many people over the years, and was a known blessing in the community. It also served as a “Blessing” during the car accident... Had the “Blessing Box” not been there, we could be speaking of a car coming into our boutique, causing great delays to helping our clients.
Knowing the need to have the box replaced quickly, Marilyn Winters contacted her son-in-law Adam Wahl and his brother Scott, to see if they could help build a new box. Alex Buker with Red Beard Roofing, donated the materials. Thank you, Marilyn, Adam, Scott & Alex.
On Sunday, January 18th the new “Blessing Box” was delivered and installed. It was a busy week for the new beautiful box! It was full as of Monday afternoon and every day since. 🙂
Thank you Lord for your faithfulness!
