Erica believes that individuals have all that they need inside of them to achieve their goals and overcome obstacles. Erica provides guidance, tools and techniques to give clarity and focus. Back to work with a tan, a clearer mind, and absolutely no appetite for unnecessary drama.

Vacation didn’t make me lazy. It made me strategic.

I didn’t unplug to escape. I unplugged to re-root.
Because at Balanced Symmetree, rest isn’t a reward … it’s part of the growth plan.

Now I’m diving back in, like the clear waters of Cancun, focused, grounded, and building what’s next for the International Women Speakers Summit, a room where women stop softening their message, stop asking for permission, and start using their voice like the power tool it is.

Quick reminders as we resurface:

🌿 Boundaries are leadership.
🌿 Rooted women don’t rush; they rise with intention.

So yes, I’m back to work. But I’m doing it rested, aligned, and crystal clear on what doesn’t get my energy anymore.

I didn’t just rest. I remembered myself.

☀️ Sunsets that shut me up mid-sentence.
🤣 Laughter with powerful women who didn’t need titles to take up space.
❤️ Long, unexpected conversations with complete strangers that turned into honesty, connection, and joy.

No agenda.
No performance.
Just presence, music, ocean air, and the kind of energy you don’t manufacture.

And I’m writing this for a reason...

Because women need to be seen and heard — yes.
But we also need to recharge, reclaim, and remember who we are outside of the hustle.

✨ Visibility without restoration becomes exhaustion.
✨ Ambition without joy becomes noise.

I may not be ready to leave the glow, the ease, or the magic — but I’m walking into 2026 clear, grounded, and fully awake.

This isn’t stepping back. This is coming back whole.

The hardest part of vacation isn’t leaving work behind…It’s leaving this behind.

☀️ Perfect weather
🌊 Clear beaches
🎶 A music festival that fed my soul

But here’s the thing—rest did exactly what it was supposed to do.

I unplugged. I laughed. I slept (probably not enough). I remembered who I am when I’m not in hustle mode (but, yes, I still did some work).

So, I’m sad to say goodbye to barefoot mornings and ocean air. But I’m coming home clear, grounded, and recharged.

2026… I’m ready for you.
(Just don’t be offended if I keep the vacation playlist on repeat.)

Humility says, “This isn’t about my ego.”
Hiding says, “I’ll stay quiet so I don’t make anyone uncomfortable.”

Humility is rooted. Hiding is fear dressed up as politeness.

You don’t honor your gifts by shrinking them.
You don’t serve your people by softening your truth.
And you don’t lead by waiting to be invited to speak.

Your message doesn’t need to be louder — it needs to be owned!
