Our services allow individuals to stay in their own homes & still receive the care & support that they need to remain as independent as possible. This location serves Hawkins, Hamblen, Hancock, Greene and surrounding counties. Our services include in-home personal care, home delivered meals, personal emergency response systems, veterans care, in-home respite (temporary relief for family caregiver), companion care, assistance with errands and shopping, medication reminders, prescription pick up, light housekeeping and more. We are accepting new clients who are Veterans, have long-term care insurance or would like to self-pay for their services. Silver Angels was established to be an alternative choice to nursing facilities providing long-term care for seniors or disabled adults. We are a home care provider with a Mission to provide individuals with a home-based choice in meeting their long-term care needs. Our caregivers provide compassionate care to assist people with their daily activities in the comfort of their own home. Welcome to the Silver Angels team! Erin Shephard, Branch Operations Manager at Silver Angels of Kentucky – Owensboro, LLC.
Erin is an Indiana native and proud mother of three who brings a diverse and impressive healthcare background to our organization. She began her career in fire and EMS in 1999 before transitioning into private practice and correctional medicine. Having been raised around long-term care from a young age, Erin developed a deep passion for serving the elderly. In March 2025, she earned her Dementia Practitioner license, further strengthening her commitment to delivering compassionate, specialized care to seniors and their families. Outside of work, Erin enjoys all things sports, spending time with her family, thrifting, outdoor activities, and vacationing in the mountains. We are excited to have Erin leading our Owensboro team and look forward to the experience, leadership, and heart she brings to Silver Angels.

Silver Angels of Tennessee provides non-medical home care services that allow individuals to stay in their own homes and still receive the care and support that they need to remain as independent as possible.

Silver Angels of Tennessee was established to be an alternative choice to nursing facilities providing long-term care for seniors or disabled adults.

Our services include in-home personal care, home delivered meals, personal emergency response systems, in-home respite (temporary relief for family caregiver), assistance with errands and shopping, medication reminders, prescription pick up, light housekeeping and more.

We currently serve over 1200 persons throughout Tennessee and we are accepting any new clients who are Veterans, have long term care insurance or would like to self-pay for their services. We are a Choices provider as well.
