“Hello! My name is Mary Crowder, I am originally from the mountains of North Carolina, but moved to Greeneville while I was in high school. After graduation I joined the Marine Corps where I became an aviation meteorologist. Once I left the military I was unsure exactly what I wanted to do on the career front, but I knew it was something in advocacy. I am currently pursuing my dual degree in social work and psychology from ETSU. I have found my passion in supporting families with behavioral needs! Outside of work I enjoy all things creative from music to art and everything in between!” 🤗

I love being in a position to make a positive impact on the lives of those around me. I enjoy all things sports related, being outdoors, and listening to all kinds of music.”

“Hello! My name is Sarah Fry. Originally from Southern California, I now call Greeneville, Tennessee, home, where I live with my daughters. I hold a double bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice (with an emphasis in Advocacy and Human Services) and Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University, earned in August 2024. I am currently in my Master's program at University of Nevada-Reno for Applied Behavior Analysis and plan to graduate in August 2026.
I am passionate about advocacy, personal growth, and making a difference. I strive to create meaningful connections and promote inclusion in every environment I'm part of. In my spare time I like to find new places to hike, spend time with my dog, and listen to music.” 😎

“I’m currently an RBT and a teacher. I have been in the ABA field for 5 years now and I love what I do. I currently have my BSW and working towards my MSW. A little about me- I have three kids and a dog. I was born in upstate NY but was raised here in Clarksville TN. I love to go home and visit but TN is home!”
