Star Disability Representatives Social Security Disability is our only area of practice since 1993. Social Security Disability is our only area of practice.

Rachel, the Non-Attorney Representative has been in the practice since 2004, and has done most of the hearings since 2010. If you feel your impairments prevent you from working and have been denied disability we may be able to help you obtain these benefits. If we take your case we will obtain all your records to support your claim, file all appeals, and represent you in your hearing. There is no upfront cost for consultation. We are paid attorney's fees only if you are approved. The Social Security Administration has set the amount of the attorney fees as 25% of your back pay as long as it does not exceed $7,200. This amount comes from your back pay by the Social Security Administration Payment Center.

With the pause of SNAP benefits on Nov. 1, it’s imperative our families have information to access supplemental food. Below you will find resources in Greene County as well as a link from the State Department of Education.

Our district provides the Food for Kids Program in collaboration with Second Harvest and John Deere, which is a bag of easily prepared foods and snacks for weekends every other week. If your child could benefit from this resource please contact your child’s school counselor to sign up.
