Calm Seas Therapeutic Massage We are inundated with different stressors every day. Body Work can help to heal the impact these stressors have on your body and mind.

I invite you to a place of calm where you will be met with compassion by an experienced therapist. Massage therapy can be an integral part of your wellness routine, a chance to relax, or a way to reconnect with yourself. I am happy to offer deep tissue, Shiatsu, and pregnancy massage as a way to meet these goals. Whether it is your first massage, or one of many, I will offer you a comfortable environment in which to relax, reduce pain, tension, and stress.
