WELCOME SPRING!! 💐
We are all waking up from a long winter’s nap, and like the bears, the birds and the flowers, we are wanting to stretch our limbs and reach for the sun! If you haven’t been as active as you’d like, now is a great time to “get moving”!

Start small, for some that means 5-15 mins of movement, for others starting with 30 mins and working your way up to an hour is perfect. Either way, be gentle with yourself, it has been a long winter, but maybe now is a good time to add a wee bit more discipline into your weekly movement goals.

As you catch glimpses of spring, those warmer days of thawing iciness and more sunshine, you may feel an inner stirring, an urge to get up and get moving. In this season, our natural impulse is to …
