Our Suburban Health at Home team had an absolutely amazing time at the Hancock Health Foundation’s Women Helping Women event! 💕

This year’s theme — inspired by Grease — was “Hopelessly Devoted to Women’s Health,” and our team did not disappoint! From creative costumes to big smiles, we showed up in style to support an incredible cause that empowers women and promotes better health in our community. 💅🎶💖

A huge thank you to Hancock Regional Health for hosting such a meaningful event and for being an outstanding partner in patient care across our Hospice, Home Health, and HME services. We’re so grateful for your collaboration and can’t wait to see what the next year holds as we continue meeting the growing need for home care in our surrounding communities. 💙🏠

Jolyn is a Nurse Practitioner at the Sue Ann Wortman Cancer Center at Hancock Health, where cancer care is rooted in trust, compassion, and connection. Inspired by her mom, a lifelong oncology nurse, Jolyn grew up in the world of cancer care and followed that calling, first as a nurse and now as an NP. 🩺

What she loves most is becoming “like family” to the people she cares for. She knows a cancer diagnosis can feel isolating, and she’s committed to being a steady, trusted presence every visit — every week, every month. When she’s not in the clinic, Jolyn’s favorite place is close to home: the Hancock County farm where she grew up.
