Charlene Manor Extended Care Facility offers post-acute skilled nursing care for short-term rehabilitation and recovery following surgery or illness, and long-term skilled care for complex medical concerns and custodial care. Conveniently located just off I-91 minutes from downtown Greenfield, Massachusetts, Charlene Manor has been caring for people in the Greenfield area since 1987. Our award-winning care includes short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing care, long-term care, Alzheimer’s and dementia care, respite care short stays, and hospice services. We gathered with friends and loved ones to enjoy the holiday season with eggnog, orange creamsicle cupcakes, and double chocolate cookies straight from our amazing kitchen department (plus a few candy canes from the Christmas trees 🎄). We enjoyed cookies, hot cocoa, and Grinch punch while soaking up all the holiday cheer.
