I feel like this business is an important part of Greenfield and has provided a wonderfully unique service of self-care by amazing, highly talented providers. However, the time is approaching where decisions will have to be made about its future if someone doesn't step forward that sees and values its presence and has the desire to carry it into the future. A Focused Touch Day Spa – Business for Sale
I opened A Focused Touch in 2021 as a local provider to create a calm, professional space where quality care and community mattered. For several years, the spa operated with W-2 employees, and together we built a loyal client base, strong word-of-mouth, and a reputation I’m incredibly proud of.
In July of this year, the business intentionally transitioned to a room-rental model to better support independent providers, reduce overhead, and create a more sustainable long-term structure. This model has positioned the spa well for continued success, with predictable income, provider autonomy, and systems already in place.
As I’ve moved into retirement and now live abroad, I’m no longer able to actively maintain and grow the business the way it deserves. Rather than simply stepping away, I’m offering the spa for sale to someone who can continue what’s been built and help it thrive into its next chapter.
This is a true business sale, not a handoff. A Focused Touch Day Spa is established, operational, and well-regarded in the community. There is also an opportunity for long-term stability through ownership of the space itself.
My hope is to find someone local, especially a massage therapist, esthetician, or wellness professional who is ready to step into ownership and values continuity for both providers and clients. I am happy to support a thoughtful transition and assist the new owner during the handover.
