One last group to highlight: GriefShare.

Simply put, GriefShare is a 13-week seminar and support group designed to help people grieve and rebuild their lives. But it's more than that, it's about community.

I don't want to brag, but I'd put our GriefShare leaders up against anyone (really, all of our leaders are amazing. You can't go wrong), but our GriefShare team is comprised of some special people who have experienced grief, but also have found healing along the way.

Today, we are highlighting our Divorce Care Group that starts next Tuesday, February 10th at 6:30pm alongside our other groups.

Divorce Care is support group that guides participants on the path to recovery after divorce or separation.

Here is what one past participant had to say about the group: "I really enjoyed my group and I found everyone very kind, loving and accepting. It was a judgement free atmosphere where people really were willing to listen."

If you or someone you know could use some additional support as they heal from divorce or separation, we would be honored to walk alongside them.

Today we are highlighting our Redefine Grace group, which begins next Tuesday, Feb. 10th at 6:30 pm.

Redefine Grace is a 10-week, faith-based support group for 13-17 year old students in need of mental health solutions.

If there is a teen in your life that could use a little extra support in their wellness journey, our wonderful group leaders would love to walk alongside them.

We are one week away from launching more groups. Each day this week, we will feature a post about each group that is launching. Today, let's highlight Recovery & Renewal.

Recovery & Renewal is a 13-week, addiction and recovery group facilitated by a Licensed Counselor. The program is evidence-based with Biblical Applications and uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which is evidenced-based intervention.

Here is what one past participant had to say about the group: "I have struggled with addiction, depression, and anxiety. I needed some tools to deal with the stressors of everyday life. What I found in attending The Addiction Recovery Group was that the leaders were friendly and genuinely cared. The tone of the group was honest, open, and a judgment-free zone where I could take off my mask and deal with my problems. I now have hope, direction, and a future to look forward to."
