For much of my life, I have been developing my access to Universal Wisdom. In 1976, I had an awakening at Findhorn, and have since explored many avenues of philosophy, esoterica and healing, which has led to a diversity of skills: as an Intuitive Dowser, I help people transform their lives with my practical, spiritual coaching; as a channel, I access a variety of beings, including a group of elders called the Ahmmad and the Hathors, who provide many of our weekly meditations; and as a teacher and author, I have been spreading the message of the Infinity Wave, a 10th-dimensional energetic tool of Love and Compassion sent to us by a benevolent Universe for the tumultuous times that are upon us now. In a world that often pulls our attention outward, the quiet act of turning inward can feel revolutionary.

Knowing ourselves, truly and compassionately, is not a luxury or an afterthought. It is, I believe, one of the deepest reasons we chose to come into form. Through each challenge, joy, and quiet moment, we are given another opportunity to discover who we are beneath the roles, stories, and expectations.

This self-knowing is not about labeling or fixing. It is about gently becoming more intimate with our own essence. It is a remembering. A return.

✨ What if your simple beingness is the doorway to everything you've been seeking? ✨

Let us give ourselves permission to sit with ourselves in stillness. To listen with curiosity. To soften into the mystery of who we are becoming. What does it mean to channel?

For many, it may conjure images of otherworldly voices or mystical wisdom and while that may be part of it, channeling can also be a deeply personal, grounded practice. At its core, it’s about becoming an open vessel… a clear, undistorted pathway for higher wisdom to flow through.

When I channel, I intentionally step aside, allowing my personality to rest, so that something greater can speak. It's not about losing myself, but rather allowing myself to be gently expanded by something more.

It’s a practice of trust. Of listening. Of staying clear and humble.

What if channeling isn’t about accessing something outside of you, but rather tuning into a wiser, deeper version of your own being?

Whether through meditation, writing, creating, or simply being in stillness, we each have the capacity to receive guidance. You don’t need special credentials, only a willingness to listen and an open heart.

The clearer the channel, the more love and compassion can pour through. Let’s keep clearing together. 💫

Penny Kelly shared a beautiful explanation about how consciousness interacts with plasma. What many people think of as a “plasma ball” coming out of the body is really consciousness gathering plasma energy and directing it. Every thought, emotion, and intention moves energy and leaves an imprint.
As she spoke, something clicked for me about the Infinity Wave that came in a vision years ago. It appeared as flowing water in a figure eight between two hearts, creating an immediate field of compassion. Now I see why it works that way. Plasma behaves like a liquid and responds directly to consciousness.
The ancient Sumerians wrote about a “great ocean.” They were not describing physical water. They were pointing to the plasma field we all live within.
