Franklin County/North Quabbin Healthy Families Free home visiting support program for first time parents age 23 and under living in Franklin County and North Quabbin.

Parents can enroll during pregnancy or up until their child turns 1 year old. Parents can enroll during pregnancy or up until their child turns 1 year old.

​Healthy Families offers:

Weekly home visits that focus on you and your baby
Parent support groups
Advocacy for housing, food, health care, transportation, employment, and education
