Happy Thanksgiving!

Dade County Family Medical Center is closed today, Thursday, Nov. 28, as our team enjoys the holiday with their families. We’ll reopen with normal hours tomorrow, Friday, Nov. 29.

If you need care for sudden illness or minor injuries today, the CMH Walk-In Clinic at 2230 S. Springfield Ave., Suite H-J in Bolivar is open from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Greenfield R-IV School District has reported a case of whooping cough (pertussis). Some students may have been exposed, but most vaccinated children are well protected. Watch for symptoms like a long cough, coughing fits, a “whoop” sound, or throwing up after coughing.

If you have questions or your child needs to be checked, call Dade County Family Medical Center at 417-637-5133. If your child has symptoms, call when you arrive and wait in your car until we are ready for you.
