My mom has the gift of prophetic dreams. She can see what I’m walking through before I do. Lately, I have been more in tune with this gift as well.

About a week ago, I had the same dream 3 different nights.

The message was the same each time: we have to be more intentional about our cleansing practices.

We’re living in intense times. Heavy headlines. Collective grief. Spiritual warfare that most people don’t even realize they’re carrying in their bodies.

This isn’t about shame but grounded awareness!

I remember growing up watching my mom serve everyone at the table and she would eat last.

As I got older, I recall literally fighting with her because I was trying to get her to stop doing that but little did I know, it was an ancestral wound passed down long before I arrived.

Slowly but surely we have been healing this imprint not through shame, force or guilt but by slowing down long enough to listen to our bodies.

Till this day, I have to often practice, asking my body “are we over extending or does this feel within my range?”
