We’re Home. 💙
We are pleased to share that San Simeon by the Sound has officially reopened, and our residents have returned home safely.
Over the past week, our community came together in extraordinary ways. We extend our heartfelt appreciation to the first responders, emergency personnel, and partner agencies whose swift action and support helped ensure the safety of our residents.
To our incredible San Simeon staff — thank you. Your dedication, compassion, and tireless work through every step of this process made all the difference. You upheld our mission, protected our residents, and welcomed them home with dignity and care.
San Simeon is more than a building — it’s a family. And this past week has shown just how strong that family truly is.

What a lovely day for a wedding! Yesterday we were honored to be a part of Frank and Maryanne’s wedding here at San Simeon. Being able to witness the love they share was truly beautiful.

Southold Wayside Market did an excellent job catering their event.

We kicked off Labor Day celebrations a little early, thanks to St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, who brought games, prizes, cupcakes, and ice cream for everyone to delight in. A big thank you to all who made this celebration a great success!
