Owners Russell & Jennie Smith ensure this by overseeing all planning & actively supervising each caregiving program as well as carefully matching clients with a care specialist, according to their needs, personality, temperament & care requirements. Staffs are qualified; company trained, certified and are experienced. They are background checked, bonded & insured. SIHC provides dedicated, concerned, sympathetic Personnel Relations officers who regularly visit clients. Services include companion care, personal care and general nursing services.
