Over the past year, the way I approach metabolism has shifted.
Not completelyâbut in a really important way.
For a long time (especially in midlife), the focus has been on:
proteinâ¨caloriesâ¨macrosâ¨more discipline
And those things absolutely matter.
But what I kept seeing with the women I work with was this:
They were doing a lot of the ârightâ things⌠and still felt exhausted, stuck and frustrated in their bodies.
And the more I looked at it, the more it became clear:
It wasnât just about what they were eating.
It was about what their body was experiencing.
Chronic stressâ¨Under-fuelingâ¨Blood sugar swingsâ¨A nervous system that never really felt settled đ§
So I started shifting how I work with clients.
Less pushing.â¨More stabilizing.â¨More focusing on the nervous system alongside nutrition.
And honestly?
Itâs where Iâm seeing the biggest changes:
⨠more energyâ¨â¨ better digestionâ¨â¨ more ease with foodâ¨â¨ and yesâbody composition changes too
This is now a core part of how I run my Metabolic Reset program.
Not forcing change.
Creating the conditions where change can actually happen.
