Chair Yoga with Pam offers a gentle, accessible yoga experience led by one of our Community Outreach Specialists.

Pam will go over adaptive movements using chairs and mobility aids, making this class ideal for individuals of all abilities who want to improve flexibility, strength, and relaxation in a supportive environment.

This month’s financial workshop is focused on helping participants make sense of their paychecks and taxes. Attendees learned how to read their pay stubs, understand common deductions, and see how taxes and withholdings affect their take-home pay.

The session also covered how accurately reporting income helps protect SSI and SSDI benefits, ensuring financial stability and compliance with benefit rules.
