1. Not wearing SPF → We know you’ve heard this story a million times, but there’s a reason we say this! UV rays destroy collagen + elastin. Easy swap = use tinted SPF every day as your makeup! 🙌🏼

2. Sleeping on your side or stomach → The side and stomach sleeping positions can cause sleep lines, which may lead to permanent wrinkles from constant face compression.
