JMJ Enterprises is a small Residential Group Home service organization that serves adolescents and Intellectual Disabled adults. Our vision is to provide a nurturing, compassionate, educational and cultural experience for troubled adolescents or adults that have Mental Illness or are Intellectual Developmental Delayed. Our vision is to foster a learning environment that will help our consumer's personal growth. JMJ wants employees that are willing to aid our consumers in achieving their fullest potential.
Qualified applicants would have to be at least 18. Meet the minimum education level of having a high school Diploma, GED; competency in reading, writing, and the ability to understand and follow directions and be able to work in a team environment.
Experience is not necessary but prefers that the applicant has work experience, skills, and other qualifications in working with the mental health community. Potential applicants must have good communication and problem-solving skills. Applicant can not have any substantiated findings in the areas of abuse or neglect on the North Carolina Health Care Personnel Registry.
