One month out and feeling like herself again đź’›

In today’s video I’m chatting with this amazing patient after a breast implant exchange—and a plane change that made a big difference. Years ago her implants were placed under the muscle, and over time she became bothered by animation deformity (when the implants move with chest muscle activation).

Her goals were clear:
âś… Slightly larger size
âś… Natural look and feel
âś… No animation deformity

So we exchanged her implants and placed the new ones subfascial (in front of the muscle). She’s had a smooth recovery and has already noticed the benefits of moving the implants out from under the pec.

Six weeks after an in-office lip lift — performed under local anesthesia and done in about 45 minutes.

As we age, the upper lip gradually lengthens. When that happens, the red portion of the lip rolls inward, making it appear thinner and less defined. A lip lift reverses that process by removing a small segment of skin just beneath the nose, restoring youthful proportions and revealing more of the natural lip.

No frequent filler maintenance. No ongoing appointments every few months. The results are essentially permanent.
