Whether you are a seasoned athlete or just getting started nutrition plays an important role in performance. And the good news is performance eating is Healthy Eating! I offer Nutritional Counseling for weight control, sport and general wellness/ healthy eating. The goal is to develop a nutritional plan that works for you and your lifestyle while moving you towards a healthier life. Additionally, I have a portable metabolic machine, MedGem (R), that measures resting VO2, resting metabolic rate (RMR) - which accounts for 70% of your daily energy needs and provides percentage of body fat within 2% of a DXA (dual-energy x-ray absorptiometry i.e. Knowing how much your body needs can help you reach your goals faster and safer. Coupled with a lifestyle change, you'll be on the path to a healthier happier self!
