Last week, RLF client Cooper Tacia supported the grand opening of the LGBT Center of Raleigh’s new community center, helping bring vital resources, programs and connection back to a physical space for the first time since 2020. The new center, made possible in part by Cooper Tacia’s $300,000 donation, creates an inclusive and welcoming place for the LGBTQ+ community across the Triangle.

We’re thrilled to see our client, Dix Park Conservancy, featured on the cover of INDY Week today. The story highlights Danish artist Thomas Dambo’s larger-than-life trolls that delight visitors across the park’s 308 acres. These sculptures capture the magic, creativity and sustainability that make Dix Park such a special place for the Raleigh community.

Congratulations to CNL Healthcare Properties on its strategic merger transaction with Sonida Senior Living to create one of the largest senior housing companies in the United States. The $1.8 billion transaction will create a company with a combined portfolio of 153 independent living, assisted living and memory-care communities with around 14,700 owned units across the county. RLF Communications is proud to have worked with CNL Healthcare Properties since its launch in 2011.

The company has agreed to acquire CNL Healthcare Properties in a $1.8 billion deal.
