95 felony charges for responsibly practicing midwifery safely for decades, following 4 years at Midwifery College to become certified - but her qualifications were arbitrarily rendered irrelevant in Upstate New York because there you need a Master's Degree to be allowed to be a midwife, except if you do, then you only get to work as an obstetric nurse.
