NAMI at Noon is a webinar series covering a wide variety of mental health topics in an informative and inspiring format. Attendees will meet guest experts from around the country who will present on understanding mental illnesses, innovations in therapies and techniques, developing coping skills, and more.

In tomorrow's session, wewill explore the lived experiences of adults in the sandwich generation – those simultaneously caring for aging parents while supporting adult children or grandchildren. Many individuals in their 40s to 60s find themselves “sandwiched” between these dual caregiving roles while also managing careers, relationships, and their own health and aging.

The goal of this session is to shed light on the emotional, mental, and physical challenges of being in this stage of life, while highlighting the resilience, love, and adaptability that often emerge from it.
