We will be opening at 10:00 am on Tuesday, 2/3/2026 for scheduled visits and our walk-in allergy shot clinics in both our Burlington and Greensboro offices!

For patients that missed their scheduled appointments due to the snow, please call our office if you have not already been contacted by our staff and rescheduled.

Due to the road conditions on secondary roads, our offices will be closing at 5:30 today, Wednesday, 1/28. Our Greensboro office will not have evening walk-in allergy shot hours after 5:30 today so please come as early as possible today to get your allergy injection.

Due to the potential for icy roads, all offices will operate on a delayed opening for Tuesday, 1/27/2026. We will open for scheduled appointments and walk-in allergy shots at 10:00 in our Burlington and Greensboro offices.

All offices, including LeBauer Allergy & Asthma Greensboro and Burlington, will be closed on Monday, 1/26/2026 due to the icy roads. We are monitoring the weather and road conditions. Please check our Facebook and Websites for updates on our Tuesday hours. For emergencies, please call 911, or call our office number for additional assistance.

Great News! Our Burlington Office is now open on Mondays for appointments and walk-in allergy shots!

And, starting 2/4/2026, our Burlington office will also be open for scheduled physician appointments on Wednesdays. We will not have walk-in allergy shots available on Wednesdays until a later date.

Do you have two insurances? If so, please complete the coordination of benefits requests from your insurance companies!

At least annually, usually in January, if you have more than one insurance, your insurance companies will request Coordination of Benefits to re-confirm whether you still have other insurance. This is usually a mailed letter that has to be completed and returned to the insurance company. It could also come through your health plan's portal, email, or from a denied claim on an explanation of benefits. It could ask for written confirmation or a phone call from you to verify your benefits.

It is VERY IMPORTANT that you complete this Coordination of Benefits request as soon as you get it. Your insurance policies will not pay your claims and will leave claims as patient responsibility if COB is not completed in a timely manner.

Insurances will not accept COB information from our staff on your behalf, so it requires the policy holder to contact the insurance company directly. We recommend when calling your insurance company for COB, to document the date and get a reference number for your call.
