Hello Everyone My name is Jarrell but every one calls me Stone.About four years ago I started a journey that alot of people struggle with embarking on and trust me its been long one! A journey that consisted of Weight loss,Healthier eating and a better relationship with Fitness.Throughout this journey I realized that one of the essential needs that I had to apply to my life was Meal Prep. Within doing so and creating a great Fitness routine I was able to go from 215 pounds to 154 pounds in Seven months!
