Try to keep a consistent sleep schedule, limit screen time before bed, and spend time outdoors during daylight hours to help regulate your body’s natural rhythm.

💜 Closing a Chapter, Continuing Our Mission

This week, we said goodbye to Family Medicine at Eugene, a location that has faithfully served patients in this community for more than three decades.

To every employee who has been part of this journey — THANK YOU for your compassion, your dedication, and the countless lives you’ve touched. To our patients — THANK YOU for trusting us with your care and allowing us to be part of your stories.

As our provider, Nykedtra Brown, FNP, shared, “It’s not work when you do it with people you love. The smiles are genuine. The hugs are real.”

Although this chapter is closing, our care continues. Patients can still be seen at our nearby locations: Family Medicine at Northwood and Family Medicine at Arlington.
