In this video, I break down what really happens when we fall asleep — how the body becomes still, the breath slows, and the mind drifts through the stages of rest. Some people are light sleepers, others heavy, but it all comes down to brainwave states — Beta, Alpha, Theta, and Delta.

Hypnosis works in that same space — between Alpha and Theta, where the conscious mind relaxes and the subconscious becomes open to positive change. That’s why hypnosis feels peaceful yet powerful — it’s focused relaxation, not control.
