In this video, I break down what really happens when we fall asleep — how the body becomes still, the breath slows, and the mind drifts through the stages of rest. Some people are light sleepers, others heavy, but it all comes down to brainwave states — Beta, Alpha, Theta, and Delta.

🔥 For the first two hours of the Winston-Salem State University Employee Wellness Fair, people kept walking past my table. They saw the word hypnosis and said, “Oh no, I’m scared of that.”

Then one young man — the first brave soul — stepped up ready for change. He told me he struggled with anger, irritation, and reacting too quickly. So I guided him into a short 10-minute hypnotic session to help calm the mind, control emotions, and reprogram negative reactions.
