ATTENTION all yogi's in training: Firelite Center's kids yoga classes are starting back up this coming Monday February 9th! Each week class will unfold with a theme/story to engage in yoga, movement, crafts, and peer interaction. Yoga mats and blocks are provided! At Firelite Yoga we strive to promote:

* Physical strength & coordination
*Balance & mobility
*Emotional regulation, focus, confidence, and reduced anxiety
* Group classes promote teamwork and communication, creating a sense of community where children learn to support and celebrate each other

Classes are $15 per child and run every Monday from 5:00-5:45. Message us or register through our website at firelitecenter.com under the CLASSES tab! NAMASTE 🩷❤️🙏

CABIN FEVER CURE: ACTIVATED ❄️❄️ Join us for open play January 27th from 11-12:30!! Kids will have access to our fitness gym, sensory room, and zen den with obstacle courses and other activities to promote movement and getting some wiggles out during this cold spell!

❄️ parents are required to stay during open play
❄️ kids are required to participate in bare feet or grippy socks
❄️cost is $20 per child
❄️register by sending us a message on social media or under the events page on our website
